Facility Rentals

Westmoor Park is a great place to consider when you’re planning a small gathering for conference, business, social or community needs.  We can provide either indoor or outdoor space for your group.

For groups no larger than 48 people needing a quiet indoor space we can offer the Hunter Room.  Located on the back, west side of the main office building it comes complete with tables and chairs, a fireplace, air conditioning, a patio, and large picture windows over looking perennial gardens planted in the 1940’s by Mr. and Mrs. Hunter.

The Hunter Room may be rented Monday through Thursday evenings from 5:00pm till 9:30pm September thru May, please inquire for Daytime availability during our

off-season winter months.  The Hunter Room may also be rented Saturdays or Sundays from 9:30am till 3:30pm through out the year. 

Those renting the Hunter Room may also rent the adjacent kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave ovens.  While the kitchen is not equipped to handle large scale food preparation, renters may prepare snacks and refreshments.

Small wedding parties may consider the beautiful flowering gardens and meadows of Westmoor Park for the backdrop of your ceremony or for a photo shoot.  This type of rental would be handled through a simple Special Park Use permit. 

Scout Troops and other groups looking for an outdoor space should consider the Fire ring and Amphitheater at Westmoor Park.  Located next to a 1940’s log cabin, our outdoor amphitheater can accommodate groups up to about 100 people.
