Westmoor Park Birthday Party Information

Parties are offered on Saturdays or Sundays only. One party is booked per day.
You may choose 11am-1pm, noon-2pm or 1pm-3p
The fee for West Hartford residents is $120.
The fee for nonresidents is $140.
Included in the fee:
- Use of the Hunter Room and the adjacent kitchen
- One hour with the naturalist for a hands-on Farm & Nature Tour
Maximum number of children (including siblings) is 20
Maximum capacity for the party room (adults & children) may not exceed 45.
Set up, clean up, and all party materials including decorations, paper goods, food, games, etc. are the sole responsibility of the renter.
To reserve a date one must come to the Westmoor Park office during business hours to complete a Birthday Contract. A $75.00 security-deposit check is required at that time. (The deposit check is completely separate from the full fee and will be returned to the renter at the end of the party once the room has been returned to its original condition).
Full payment is due two weeks prior to the party.
Parties may be cancelled without penalty up to two weeks prior to the reservation.
Smoking & the use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited anywhere at Westmoor Park.
